Automotive & Accessories

America is the second largest automotive market in the world. Despite the 2008 crash, investments have reached over $100 billion in R&D alone since 2015. Revenue is generated through car sales, production and export, parts-manufacturing, and a rapidly growing accessories market. In 2016, 6.9 million passenger cars were sold and 4 million cars were produced. Over 3.62 million jobs are associated with this industry. The accessories market, however, estimated at $216 billion, has been virtually untapped. Consumers, today, are increasingly interested in “smart features”. While there is steady competition from other nations, the American automotive industry is picking up speed once again.
